After posting the AWAA missions journal yesterday, I recieved an email today that informed me that that trip was actually taken to Shantou, China (The city where our boy is!) Although he is currently in a foster home, he did live in that orphanage from age 3 months to 13 months. Bummer that the missionaries did not see him since he is in the foster home (I made contact with the missions team leader today.) But, we find such peace in reading those words about the orphanage staff- that they love the children and are advocating for them. An orphanage is not an ideal place to live, but it sounds like he was in very good hands there! Praise God!
